Rev. Michael Bernard Lattimore -  Chief Executive Officer,  holds a BA in Transformational Leadership and an MA from the University of Santa Monica. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), founder of Success Support Team and co-founder of International Security Awareness Professionals (IASAP).  He is a Cyber Awareness Evangelist,  a volunteer/board member for the “Freedom to Choose” Prison Project, author and professional speaker. His boardroom and volunteer leadership experience includes serving in Toastmasters International, (Distinguished Toastmaster), Senior Minister Ahiah Center for Spiritual Living, Agape International Spiritual Center, Neighbors Empowering Youth (NEY) and Boy Scouts of America.  Michael’s story is featured in "Mission Possible" alongside such notables as Brian Tracy and Jack Canfield.

David A. Kitchen - Chief Operating Officer, has served as a executive editor for a college newspaper and editor/publisher for community and homeowner association publications. He holds AA degrees in Journalism/Communications, BS & MBA in Business Management and currently pursuing PhD in Organization & Management Leadership.  He is founder of Training Dynamics Network, an author, professional speaker, trainer and leadership coach; with  executive  management and volunteer leadership skills spanning across 30 years. His leadership programs for adults and youth have been acclaimed by fortune 500 companies, school districts and workforce agencies. His volunteer leadership experience includes serving in Toastmasters International (7x Distinguished Toastmaster), SBA, SCORE, Rotary Paramount, Explorer Scouts, Catholic Youth Organization, and Tavis Smiley Groups.
